In Hadavi, the horizon is never empty for long, dust storms roll in like walls, distant lights burn where they shouldn’t, and the sea of sand quietly gives up pieces of history to anyone bold enough to go looking.
Hytale Reimagined is an ambitious project to transform Hytale into Embergrave: a post-apocalyptic fantasy setting two decades in making, handcrafted through D&D campaigns, stories, maps, art, and relentless worldbuilding. The goal is a grand-scale, total-conversion survival MMORPG, built in public with the community, where exploration, faction conflict, and progression all serve one thing... making Hadavi real.

Embergrave is building a small, passionate team to reimagine Hytale into a handcrafted experience for our community. Roles are volunteer, we are looking for people who want to create something real, collaborate, and leave their mark on a world with deep lore.
Build the server-side systems that turn Embergrave into more than vanilla Hytale. This role covers everything from core progression and custom mechanics to scripted dungeons, encounters, and creature behavior, focused on stability, performance, and fun.
Help define Embergrave’s visual identity by creating the game-ready assets that bring Hadavi to life. Work may include creatures, gear, props, and environment pieces, often built to support a specific feature, dungeon, faction, or system in development.
Create memorable locations across Hadavi, from wind-carved ruins and buried structures to major settlements with distinct architectural styles. Builders help shape hubs, landmarks, and curated regions that feel intentional, readable, and worth exploring.
Grow Embergrave from a small early community into a strong, welcoming home for players and contributors. This role leads communication, community events, and moderation structure, while helping spread the word across Discord communities, server lists, and Hytale spaces.
